No medical information is stored on this website
This website is a static, published set of pages. It holds no patient database. Health questionnaires are completed inside our healthcare-compliant form provider, and appointment times are held in our encrypted scheduling system — never on this site.
What we collect when you contact us
If you submit a booking enquiry, the name, telephone number, email address and preferred appointment you provide are sent directly to our patient care coordinator so they can reply. Please do not include medical history in that form — use the secure intake form instead.
Who can see your information
Your details are seen only by our clinical and administrative team. We do not share records with your GP, insurer or any third party without your written consent, and we never sell data.
How long we keep records
Clinical records are retained for the period required by UK medical record-keeping guidance. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted once the enquiry is closed.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase records where the law allows. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
