Understanding PRP Efficacy: What the Evidence Actually Shows

A measured look at what regenerative plasma therapy can and cannot do, and how results are properly assessed over twelve weeks.

Regeneration takes time

PRP does not work like a tablet. Rather than producing a short chemical effect, it signals the body to rebuild micro-vasculature and tissue, which unfolds over weeks.

Typical reporting shows early change from two to three weeks, with the clearest outcomes between weeks eight and twelve.

Who tends to respond well

Men with vascular-origin symptoms, and men whose response to oral medication has faded, are frequently good candidates. Uncontrolled diabetes, certain blood disorders and active infection are reasons to postpone or reconsider.

A proper assessment is the only reliable way to know. That is exactly what the initial consultation is for.
